How can I estimate and then book my stay at Club Med South Africa?

1. I prepare my travel plans and receive a first estimate

From today until 12.10. it's your turn

  • I plan my trip by selecting my various criteria.
  • I compare the dates, with or without transportation, and the room categories available in the simulator (a minimum of 3 nights is required).
  • I immediately receive an initial price estimate
  • I forward my request to the sales teams so they can contact me to refine my project.

2. I choose the Resort + Safari experience

The safari is optional and can be booked before or after your stay at the Beach Resort at any time during the week:

  • A minimum stay of 3 nights at the Beach Resort is required.
  • There is the option of 2 to 3 nights at Mpilo Safari Lodge. (accessible from 4 years old)
  • Mpilo Safari Lodge is 4.5 hours away by bus (breaks included).
  • Sunrise and sunset excursions for game viewing.
  • Access to the lodge's facilities and activities during the day (swimming pools, entertainment, bar, and restaurant)

3. I refine my travel plans

Until October 12

  • A travel expert will contact me within 48 hours to customize the details of my stay.
  • I will receive a 100% personalized price estimate (dates, rooms, kids' clubs, etc.).
  • I save this estimate and will be ready to book my choice from October 14, 2025.

4. I book my dream holiday from 14 October*

Up to -20%*, during 4 days only - specifics

  • From October 14th: Be among the first to book your 2026 summer vacation.
  • I access my travel plans saved in my customer account or contact a travel expert to book as soon as possible.
  • NB: combined trips (Resorts + safari) can only be booked with a travel expert.
