1. IF YOU BOOK MORE THAN 45 DAYS BEFORE YOUR DEPARTURE

On the clubmed.ch website or at a Club Med agency, we offer two options for paying for your holiday:

1. Pay for your holiday in full at the time of booking
2. Pay a 30% deposit at the time of booking (+100% for low-cost flights, where applicable), then pay the balance up to 45 days before your departure.

If you book more than 45 days before departure and paid only a deposit at the time of booking, we offer you several options to pay the balance at no extra cost:

• Direct debit of the total balance 45 days before your departure, from your debit card or bank account, depending on the payment method used for the deposit.
• Self-payment of the total balance from your customer account up to 45 days before your departure.
• New! Flexible payment,
  which allows you to pay at your own pace whenever you wish, directly from your customer account. You decide on the amounts, your payment schedule and your payment methods for maximum flexibility. The balance payment date is shown on your booking confirmation, and flexible payment is available up until this payment deadline.

How do you pay your balance online?

1. From the home page, or from the “My stay details” page, of your customer account, click on:

• "Pay now XXXX.- CHF" to pay your outstanding balance in full, or click on
• "Pay the amount of my choice now" to pay any amount you wish.

2. Enter the amount of your choice and complete the payment.

2. IF YOU ARE BOOKING LESS THAN 45 DAYS BEFORE YOUR DEPARTURE
You will be asked to pay the total amount for your stay to confirm the booking.

ON THE CLUBMED.CH WEBSITE
you can pay for your holiday by:

• Credit card (VISA, MasterCard and American Express);
• PostFinance;
• Bank transfer.
  If you choose to pay by bank transfer or direct debit, you are not subject to your credit card’s payment limits.

AT A CLUB MED AGENCY, you can pay for your holiday by:

• Credit card (VISA, MasterCard and American Express)
• Bank transfer (the IBAN is shown on your contract)
• Cash (CHF or €, with no maximum amount)
• Club Med gift vouchers
• REKA vouchers.

For bookings made more than 45 days before departure,

• you can pay just a 30% deposit at the time of booking (+100% of the cost of low-cost flights, where applicable),
• and the balance later at your own pace, using your preferred payment method, without any fees, eitheer directly from your account or with your travel agency.

Prices are quoted and are payable exclusively in Swiss francs / CHF.

Our Club Med travel agency in Geneva accepts cash payments (with no limit on the amount) in Swiss francs and euros.

Whether you’re booking on our website, in a travel agency or by telephone via a Club Med adviser, we offer you the option to pay for your holiday in instalments at no extra cost if you book more than 45 days before departure.

There are two options available for paying in instalments:

1- In two instalments at no extra cost: Pay a 30% deposit at the time of booking, then settle the full balance 45 days before departure. You can pay the balance at your convenience, either directly via your customer account or by direct debit from your credit card or bank account, depending on the payment method used for the deposit.

2- New: flexible payment with no fees: With this payment option, you can also pay off your balance in as many instalments as you like, with no fees and at your own pace, after making the initial 30% deposit at the time of booking. ​How does it work? You can do this entirely at your own convenience directly from your customer account: you decide the amounts, your payment schedule and your payment methods, for maximum flexibility.

The balance must be paid in full 45 days before departure. The payment deadline is stated on your booking confirmation, and you may pay by any method you choose up until this deadline. ​To find out how to make a payment via your customer account, click here >

To pay the balance for your stay online
you need to log in to your customer account >.
You then have two options:

1.  Pay the full balance by clicking on “Pay now XXXX CHF”. You will be taken to the pre-payment page. There you will find a list of the payment methods available to you for settling your balance.
2. Take advantage of flexible payment to pay in instalments, whenever you like and at no extra cost, by clicking on “Pay the amount of my choice now”. Up to more than 45 days before your travel date, you decide the amounts, your payment schedule and your payment methods for maximum flexibility.
   In both cases, the final payment date is shown on your booking confirmation. The flexible payment option is available until this payment deadline (D-45).

Please note that we cannot offer you the option to pay your balance online in the following cases:

• if your booking was made through a partner travel agent (TUI, Kuoni, etc.);
• if your booking is complex and includes, for example, a resort holiday and a tour.
