Back after four years – and once again an unforgettable family stay at Club Med Punta Cana

Four years ago, we already stayed at Club Med Punta Cana and had a wonderful experience. This year, we returned with our family, and once again, it exceeded all our expectations. Two absolutely fantastic weeks we will never forget.

From the moment we arrived, everything felt luxurious and perfectly taken care of. We enjoyed the sun, the sea, delicious food, and beautifully maintained rooms. The rooms were cleaned thoroughly every single day, always spotless and very comfortable. The atmosphere throughout the resort is warm, welcoming, and relaxed, thanks to the incredibly friendly and attentive staff.

The food was outstanding: high quality, fresh, well presented, and very varied. With several restaurants to choose from, everyone could always find something they loved. Dining was a real pleasure every day.

We were able to truly relax and recharge in a luxurious way. Escaping the Belgian winter and enjoying the sunshine made our stay even more special. At the same time, we love sports and action, and Club Med offers an amazing range of sports and classes. We participated in many activities and enjoyed every single one of them.

• Tennis Team: Xavier, Ramon & the entire team – Amazing tennis experience, great communication, fun lessons, and pure joy to play.
• Circus Team: Arcadi & team – Extremely kind, professional, and helpful. Our daughters learned so much and absolutely loved every moment.
• Mike – Always friendly, helpful, and up for a lovely chat. You truly made us feel at home.

Thank you, Club Med Punta Cana, for once again giving us two perfect weeks filled with comfort, fun, sport, and unforgettable memories. Coming back after four years only confirmed how special this place really is. We can highly recommend this resort and would love to return again in the future!

We stayed at the Club Med Punta Cana for Christmas and New Years. We had an amazing time!!! Big Shoutout to Luca and Sara that were extemely helpful in assisting us with our requests in order to really make the stay feel special. Definitely reccomend visiting, especially during that time of the year.

My family stayed for 1 week at Club Med Punta Cana and we loved our vacation here. There are endless activities so if that is what you are wanting from your holiday this will be the place for you. The new waterpark is very fun for kids and teens. If your vibe is to sit on a quiet beach being served drinks all day then you may prefer to stay in the Zen Oasis adults only area or maybe choose the Tiara Suites as they looked like a calm environment as well. Otherwise, this resort is a party! We stayed over Christmas and they had all kinds of fun celebrations. One note is that if you have young children, bring a stroller or rent one on property. We walked about 5 miles a day (16,000 steps for me) so you must be prepared to be active here or wait around for a buggy to come pick you up. This was not a problem for us because my family is used to walking but just a note to prepare. The restaurants are buffet style with plated dishes so you are not waiting around for a reservation and to be served like some other all inclusives. Even at full capacity during Christmas it never felt too crowded. If French is not your primary language, you may want to practice some French phrases as many guests here are French speaking only. Bring lots of bug spray and sunscreen. We stayed in the most basic room and it was just fine for our family of 3. Lots of closet space.

Staff I want to thank for making our stay incredible:

Everyone at the Cafe. Especially Rachell, Margaux and Victor. Every morning the Cafe team served drinks and snacks with a smile and friendly service. I spent a lot of time in the cafe and I was sad to leave them at the end of the week as they had come to know me well. I had to get a picture with them on my last day.

Miguel is the Sports Manager and he is a very kind, multi talented, very busy individual! He makes sure all the sports activities run smoothly and guests are having fun doing them! If you participate in any of the sports during your vacation make sure you go to the sports awards at the end of the week because they really go all out in celebrating the guests and instructors.

Alejandro and Yisel at the Joia bar. Both had a positive upbeat attitude even during chaotic times where anyone and everyone were demanding drinks.

Also thanks to Margarita and Daniel who always helped out with a smile.

I forgot the name of the dance instructor who taught Salsa and Merengue all week but he was fantastic as well!

Again, this resort is super fun for active families with so many activities included. We enjoyed our stay and would go back.

As always, it's a wonderful place to unwind and enjoy life, with excellent service and a wide range of activities to keep you entertained.
