I genuinely don’t think I could have asked for a better all-inclusive experience. From the moment I arrived, Alexie, Florian, and Junior made everything so special. Every single time I saw them I was greeted with a handshake or something fun and unexpected, which honestly made my whole day every time. They are seriously the heart of this resort and the whole reason my trip was as amazing as it was.
Junior is such an incredible dancer and it was so fun getting to see him around the resort — he has such good energy! All three of them made me feel so welcomed and like I actually belonged there. I seriously cannot wait to come back and see all of them again. If you’re staying here, these are the people that will make your trip unforgettable and I am gonna miss them!

What a wonderful trip, we spent a week at the exclusive collection. The staff was amazing and made our stay so enjoyable, Yves Junior, Maeva, Thibault, Marshall, Hiba, Crystel, Yeison, Rosibel, Gladys - you made our trip memorable. With 2 young ones under 3, the resort, the room, the pampered service all around made it incredibly enjoyable to spend quality time as a family. We enjoyed every bit of it and highly recommend !

From the moment we arrived, Club Med Punta Cana wrapped us in a warmth that felt nothing short of magical. Traveling with our son, we were genuinely amazed by how perfectly the resort is designed for families — every detail thought through, every smile from the G.O.s completely genuine. Lucca could not get enough of the pools: we spent entire mornings in the water, laughing, splashing, and forgetting the rest of the world entirely. The swim activities were a highlight — organized, safe, and so much fun that our little one practically dragged us back every single day. The sea excursion was the crown jewel of our trip: crystal-clear Caribbean waters, a catamaran gliding over turquoise waves, snorkeling among colorful fish — moments we will talk about for years. The all-inclusive formula meant zero stress, just pure presence with the people we love. If you are looking for a place that delivers joy for every member of the family, this is it. Having not been to the Caribbean before I wasn’t sure what to expect, but having been to a club med in Europe before I felt assured the standards of food and hospitality would be high. I was not disappointed with either and the location was fantastic, I didn’t leave the resort the whole time. What took me by surprise was just how good the spa and massages were, having intended to just go for one session I ended up going three times, Anabel in particular delivered the finest massage I’ve ever experienced anywhere in the world, the whole week I felt like I was floating on a cloud. Add to this a return to scuba diving after a 20+ year gap and I was in heaven, by day 2 of 4 days under the water I had lost count of how many turtles I’d swum with and the wreck dives were terrific.

We spent our Honeymoon at Club Med Punta Cana and had the most incredible time! It was both of our first time at a Club Med and it certainly didn’t disappoint. We stayed in the Zen Oasis part of the resort and it was beautiful. The room was beautiful, clean and well maintained. Housekeeping came by twice a day which was such a great touch. Super chill, gorgeous and close to all the restaurants, beach and activities. When we arrived everything was customized and catered to us so uniquely - it was a great start!

The biggest difference between Club Med and other resorts is the GOs attention to detail and their organic way of interacting with the guests. Rajaa was phenomenal from start to finish. She was so welcoming and it quickly felt like we’ve known her forever. Her customer service skills are 10/10 and she made our stay so much better! ❤️

Elodie, Isaac and Pepito from Zen were equally as amazing and always made sure everything was well and up to our standards. Wendy, Richard and Sahil were incredible bartenders and we had so much fun interacting with them! Dimitri and our new French Canadian friend (sorry, I’ve forgotten his name) at reception were lovely 😊.

Miguel and Luca are superstars and made our stay so memorable. We really appreciated how everyone took the time to get to know us and personalize each interaction!

Last but not least, Angela from the Indigo restaurant was our angel! She is so so fun and we kept going back JUST for her. 💖
