Punta Cana Luxury Space Dominican Republic

We had an amazing stay at Club Med Punta Cana. We are a family of 4 with 2 young children. We stayed in the renovated Family Superior Room - Resort Centre, which was well-located, spacious, and had plenty of closet space. There was an excellent range of activities, including tennis, pickleball, trapeze, archery, golf, mini golf, sailing, kayaking, and much more, and of course, plenty of beach and pool time. Overall, it is an excellent Club Med resort for a family vacation!

Special thanks to Bryan, who made our stay truly exceptional. We first met him last year in Miches, and this year he went above and beyond to take care of everything for us, from booking restaurants to arranging a late check-out, along with many thoughtful little touches. Even though he wasn't our direct guest relations contact, he took care of us. He is incredibly efficient in his job and simply gets things done! We feel like he’s part of the family now. 😊

We met Tuncay, the bar manager, who is genuinely amazing!! His hard work and positive energy really stand out. He made us feel at home. He also leads an excellent bar team. Five stars for the bar service and the entire team!

Youyou’s entertainment also deserves a special mention. He truly elevated the entertainment experience with his positive energy and great vibes during all the dances and entertainment.

Christel hosted the best members’ reception we have ever attended. She brought incredible energy and we were so happy to meet with her.

Abdel was away during our stay, but Luca took excellent care of both us and the resort in his absence.

Last but not least, a big thank you to the sports team, especially the amazing tennis instructors (with a special mention to Javier), as well as the power walk and aqua gym team, pickleball and golf instructors, and the wonderful circus team, who helped me successfully try the trapeze!

Overall, we had a fantastic stay. Many thanks to the entire Punta Cana team for making it such a memorable experience.

We arrived mid-evening and so the check-in/orientation process was rushed and lacking. The restaurant food items during our first full day were mediocre. Given those two experiences, we feared that we would have a poor vacation. Also, staff should NOT Be allowed on their phones during work. Thankfully, things turned around for the positive, and we ended up having a very good vacation.

We had a wonderful week in Punta Cana at club med. The resort has been renovated beautifully and has something for everyone. The service was excellent.

We particularly enjoyed the tennis instruction under Ramon, Javier, and the team. The quality of tennis instruction was excellent, and the midweek tournaments were a lot of fun.

The food, especially the seafood was delicious. Our room was quiet and well kept. I would highly recommend it.

The resort offers an excellent balance for both children and adults, making it an ideal destination for multi-generational travel. The expansive property provides plenty of opportunity for walking and exploring, while the availability of golf cart transportation adds convenience when needed, even though most areas are comfortably accessible on foot.

The renovated rooms are thoughtfully designed—creative, comfortable, and of high quality. The variety of activities and events is well-curated, offering enough engagement to stay active while still allowing for meaningful relaxation.

The food is creative and ranges from good to very good, with a satisfying level of variety. The premises are consistently well-maintained and very clean, contributing to an overall sense of comfort and care.

The staff, for the most part, are attentive and professional, with several individuals standing out as particularly engaging and memorable.

A highlight was the children’s camp, which turned out to be a great experience for our six-year-old grandson once he gave it a try.

Overall, it was a very enjoyable vacation for our family—my wife and me, along with our daughter and grandson—and a resort we would certainly recommend.
