The Jade area and employees who worked at the pool were very friendly and helpful- excellent staff at the Jade!

This review addresses the Aguamarina compound only.
Our reviews of the restaurants (food). the old part of the Village including the Jade building, their beaches, the pools, activities/sportsas well as the nightly entertainment we leave for some other occasion.
Our stay at Aguamarina was again excellent and smooth owing to the resident manager Andre and his team. The Aguamarina deluxe suites are cleverly laid out. In our unit all fixtures were functioning well, and the room housekeeping service was exemplary. Time and time again we have experienced Andre as an inspired manager fully dedicated to his role, to his guests and to his team.
Sandra, Carlos and Antonio are most endearing, hard working and effective members of Andre's staff.
We have also received the most friendly, caring and effective service by the Village shuttle drivers. All are great at what they do, but Pedro and Eduardo are in the league of their own. We have much gratitude and affection for those men.
Lastly, the Aguamarima beach has been hit by a major influx of Sargassum.
Unfortunately, it seems that Andre has been unable to obtain the manpower needed for a seaweed cleanup at Aguamarina because all available hands in the Village at this time are deployed on the main beach sargassum cleanup.

This was a fantastic vacation.Great activities and instructors. We did yoga, Latin dancing, zumba, aquagym, all welltaught. used the gym. We swam, and danced. The food was brilliant. All the staff were joyful and helpful. Amazing Francisco took impeccable care of cleaning our room and addressing any maintenance concerns immediately. The most thorough cleaner I have seen! The entertainment was wonderful, from the staff shows, great productions, to the professional entertainment, like Veroniqur Laberge a fantastic singer and her band, DVZone, with a great saxophonist. We must mention all the wonderful trapeze artists and dancers...the latter including Carla! And of course, the serving staff, like Oliviera at Taco Arte, and cooks, and the amazing workers throughout this Club Med, who all work so hard. We had a wonderful time. It is a beautiful place, full of life and vitality. One last thanks to Cristina at the desk who so helpfully and quickly ensured I had the proper information for our departure. Perfecto!
