Informations Situation Middle East - your Club Med holidays

Due to the current geopolitical situation, several airspaces have been closed since 28 February, resulting in the cancellation of certain flights.
Your safety and support remain our priority: we are monitoring developments closely and updating our information regularly. Last-minute adjustments may therefore occur.
If your trip is affected, we will contact you directly, paying particular attention to customers already on site and those with imminent departures.

Three airports and airlines are primarily affected:
As of 5 March 2026, cancellations affect most flights stopping in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Doha, and will continue until Friday 13 March inclusive.
The airlines most affected are Emirates, Qatar Airways and Etihad Airways, which nevertheless expect a return to normal in the coming days.

For departures up to and including Friday 13 March:
The measures below are only valid if have a flight booked with a stopover in Dubai, Abu Dhabi or Doha:

If your Club Med booking includes a flight (package), depending on the airline policy:

Emirates (EK): cancellations permitted until 31 March
Etihad (EY): cancellations permitted until 21 March
Qatar Airways (QR): cancellations permitted until 15 March for the time being

You have three options:

Cancellation at no cost,
Postponement to a later date at the rate in effect at the time of the change,
Modification of your itinerary: if you wish to travel with an airline other than Emirates, Qatar Airways or Etihad, a fare difference may apply.

If you have booked a stay-only holiday with Club Med (excluding flights):

Cancellation free of charge,
Upon presentation of proof that your flight has been cancelled (email or text message from the airline).

For all departures from Wednesday April 1st onwards:
Please contact us only if you wish to change your trip. Otherwise, no action is required on your part.
Our teams will get back to you as soon as action is required. You will be kept informed as soon as we have confirmed information.
Bookings are managed in order of priority, based on departure dates, to ensure optimal processing.
All requests for adjustments will be handled in accordance with our Terms and Conditions >.

At present, apart from flights stopping over in Dubai, Abu Dhabi or Doha, all other flights are maintained. It is therefore possible to travel as planned to all our Resorts at this time.
