Informations about the situation in the Middle East

1 - Club Med is here to assist you

Updated: 20 July 2026

We are closely monitoring developments in the Middle East in collaboration with our partner airlines.
At present, flight operations are continuing as normal via the region’s main hub airports, notably Dubai, Doha and Abu Dhabi. Emirates, Qatar Airways and Etihad Airways are continuing to operate and are not currently reporting any widespread disruption to their flights.

What this means for your trip

Although air travel continues to operate as normal, the regional situation remains fluid. Airlines may, on an ad hoc basis, implement certain operational adjustments, such as:

  • changes to timetables;
  • longer flight times, which may result in slight delays;
  • rescheduling of connecting flights in the event of a missed connection.

At this stage, no major disruption comparable to previous airspace closures has been observed.

Our recommendations

To ensure a stress-free journey, we recommend that you:

  • check your emails and text messages from your airline regularly;
  • check your flight status before departure;
  • refer to the information provided directly by your airline in the event of any changes to the schedule.

Airlines are monitoring the situation in real time and adjusting their operations where necessary to ensure your safety and the continuity of your journey.

Please note:

  • At this stage, no specific guidelines apply.
  • The standard General Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&C) apply.
  • Specific measures may be put in place only in the event of an official notification from the airline (change, significant delay or cancellation).
