For departures up to and including 15 April:
The measures below are only valid if have a flight booked with a stopover in Dubai, Abu Dhabi or Doha:
If your Club Med booking includes a flight (package), depending on the airline policy:
- Emirates (EK): cancellations permitted until 15 April, modifications until 31 May
- Etihad (EY): cancellations permitted until 15 April, modifications until 31 May
- Qatar Airways (QR): cancellations permitted until 15 June, or changes up to 10 days before the original departure date, currently until 31 October.
You have three options:
- Postponement to a later date is possible, at the fare in force at the time of the change;
- any amounts paid will be carried over to the new booking,
- any promotional offers applied to your original booking will be carried over (as a percentage)
- if the new trip is more expensive, you will be liable for the difference,
- if it is cheaper, the difference will be refunded
- Change to your itinerary: if you wish to travel with an airline other than Emirates, Qatar Airways or Etihad, a fare difference may apply,
- Cancellation free of charge; credit for amounts paid to be used on a future holiday booked by 31/12/2026
If you have booked only the stay with Club Med (without flights):
Upon presentation of proof that your flight has been cancelled (email or text message from the airline)
- Postponement free of charge
- any promotional offers applied to your original booking will be carried over (as a percentage),
- exemption from any change fees on the land-based part of the holiday,
- if the new holiday is more expensive, the difference is at your expense,
- if it is cheaper, the difference is retained as credit
- Cancellation in accordance with our Terms and Conditions >
- only if a new booking is made before 31/12/2026: cancellation fees waived
- If your flights are maintained, our Terms and Conditions apply.
We recommend that you await instructions from the airlines.
