Wonderful family holiday! Special thanks to Miya, Glory, Rein, Sera and Rama for taking such great care of Vicky and Leonard at Mini & Petit Club. The kids loved the activities, giving parents time to relax too. We also loved the beautiful photos they captured! ❤️ Great bar service, restaurant food and waiter/waitress service. The pool lifeguards gave us peace of mind, while the entrance staff were friendly and helpful. Night programmes were entertaining for both kids and adults. Rooms are a little tired and could use refurbishment. Food-station staff could improve their hospitality and friendliness. Overall, a memorable family stay!

We traveled as a large family group (10 adults including 3 elderly, plus 2 kids). The resort offered a beautiful mix of lush greenery and beachfront views, with plenty of photo‑worthy spots. The overall atmosphere was vibrant and welcoming.

We arrived around 14:30 and were warmly welcomed by G.O. Job, who briefed us about the resort. However, the check‑in process left room for improvement, particularly in managing group arrivals. We were not informed beforehand that identification cards were required, which made coordination across our large group challenging. After completing the process, we had to wait until our rooms were ready. On that day, a poolside dinner setup was underway, which limited accessibility for kids and elderly members. Overall, the check‑in experience could be improved with clearer communication and better planning.

Later that evening, I brought my kids to the pool at 18:30, as the sign indicated closing at 19:00. Unfortunately, we were asked to leave early due to a special poolside event. While the announcement had been made at the pool area earlier, we were in our rooms at the time and did not receive adequate notice. This was disappointing and highlights the need for more consistent communication about schedule changes.

The rooms were clean and functional, though slightly dated. The layout of the toilets and bathrooms near the entrance was less convenient, especially with strollers and bags. On the positive side, the baby‑friendly setup was thoughtful—complete with a baby cot, bath items, bath tub, and bottle warmer—which made our stay more comfortable.

For an all‑inclusive experience covering meals, activities, and entertainment, the value was strong for a group of our size. The wide range of amenities—from kids’ clubs to evening shows—ensured that every age group had something enjoyable to look forward to.

I also booked a Head Spa treatment at the Spa. The therapist, Shiema, did an excellent job, and I left feeling relaxed and refreshed after a full day of activities.

While certain operational aspects—particularly check‑in and communication around special events—could be improved, the overall experience was positive and enjoyable across generations.

Am a frequent guest to CM Cherating and know what to expect. The latest trip was generally good with one exception - rules for safety and hygiene were not enforced in outdoor activities. Notably, there were guests playing futsal and padel without shoes. And many guests who jumped in the swimming pools without proper swimming attire and wear T-shirts in the pool. The rules are there for all to see but a large number of guests ignore them because they are not enforced.

Good reception, staff services, activities, scenes, performances, food. Tells a lot about the place when you wish you could stay on a few more days even after a 4 or 5 days stay.
