Enjoying Club Med Bintan - a second time
4/5 • 24.04.2025We had experienced the first time in Oct 2023 at Bintan. After being to 2 other sites in the last 2 years, we wanted a short get-away over the Easter weekend and decided to come to Bintan - a 2nd time. The quality of the resort didn't disappoint us a 2nd time. Rooms were renovated, the head of the property was the same, as were a few staff members. The experience was great.

A wonderful and dreamy holiday
5/5 • 22.04.2025We went as a family of four with 2 young children (3 and 5). Both children absolutely enjoyed their time in the Petit and Mini Club. There were so much to do and the GOs were so attentive and lovely. I cannot remember the names of all, but some I remembered are Anada, Ploy and Athena. Kudos to the Petit and Mini Club team for managing and looking after the children, I truly appreciate it.
In addition, there were other GOs who made us feel welcomed and valued. Special thanks to Sandy (who welcomed us upon arrival), Shea, Charmaine and Mandy. Charmaine and Mandy joined us for lunch and shared their lovely experience at the club. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and will definitely return again.

Great holiday and we will be back
5/5 • 19.04.2025We had an amazing holiday and the staff were very attentive and made the stay very enjoyable. Special thanks to Asim and the kitchen team who met all of our dietary requirements. Nothing was an issue. Azizul and the restaurant staff were super friendly. Yum and the entertainment team made the evenings fun and the days were packed with activities. Chase, Mitch and the sports team also kept us busy. Thank you to all and we look forward to coming back.
