Been here many times already but each time it’s so fun and a great experience. Huge thank you to all the go’s azikakizul ( zan ) kimchi ( Kimi ) Cha Cha ( syasya) ed Sheeran ( Micheal ) angle ( angel ) Anne, clarissa and of course the circus team. So so fun and 100% can’t wait to go back.

Miniclub GO is so great! My child loved having a Korean teacher.
The Miniclub teachers, including Mr. Wood, are kind and dedicated. On Saturday evenings, the children perform on stage, which is truly impressive.

The GOs are truly the stars of the resort. Rere’s mini club team was incredible - special shout out to Rere, Garfield, Zan, Angel, Syasya; and sports team Clarissa and Michael. Reception Rita. And so many more. They made our stay unforgettable. They’re the reasons we returned only 5 months from our last visit. Their patience with the children (and us) to teach the sport, keep us safe and entertained at the same time… we love them to bits. My child remembers everything the GOs tell her and teach her. Please tell them that their impact on the kids for even such a short stay, will last a lifetime!!! The shows & activities were too fun we never wanted to go sleep

Only thing that scarred this trip was our room because there was a smell. We didn’t dare ask for a new room in case it was further than the one we already had. It smelled like someone smoked in it. Room M1243. No amount of airing it seemed to work even after 2 days.

We still enjoyed the rest of the resort! Again, thank you GOs!

This was our 2nd time visiting Club Med Bintan and wow it was amazing from start to finish! Thank you to all the staff that made our holiday so enjoyable. Our children absolutely loved the kids club (thanks to Zan, Wood, Yulia, Rere, Syasya, Kimi, Dimas, Husen, Angel, Danial, Kelvin, Garfield, Vera). Suntha and Keven were very helpful during our stay. The food is absolutely brilliant with a wide and varied selection everyday. The entertainment at night is fantastic, and it is very clear to see how hard the staff work. We will be back!!
