Bintan Island Indonesia

It is our 2nd time within a year at club med Bintan, and it has been amazing with the GO team. Big shout out to Chef Asim and Arun for making our stay extra special, Sheeba and her team in caring for our little one, and Ruby for letting our little boy be a guest bartender for special moment. We certainly had a blast!

A special thank you to Rohit and Ruby for being so kind and friendly to my daughter（Cynthia). Every time we saw them at the bar, they always greeted us with big smiles. Rohit even spoke Chinese with my daughter, which was so sweet and thoughtful!

Also, a big thank you to Connie for the great service and for taking such good care of us.

And a special shout-out to the singer at the beach bar—we called him “Bon Jovi” 😄 His singing was so relaxing and really made our holiday even more enjoyable!

We had such a great time and truly enjoyed our vacation. I really hope Rohit, Ruby, Connie, and Bon Jovi can be specially recognized and rewarded for making our stay so wonderful. They truly deserve it!

Our welcome and departure were excellent, with friendly and genuinely welcoming staff who were always happy to have a chat. They were definitely a highlight of our stay.

This was my first Club Med experience, and overall I felt the all-inclusive package offered good value, with a good range of food, drinks and activities.

Our room was beautiful, but being close to the main bar and nightclub meant the evening noise made sleeping difficult at times. Unfortunately, our room was also not cleaned once during our five-night stay, which was disappointing.

The food was generally good, but as a vegan I found the options lacked substantial protein such as beans, tofu and lentils. The vegan snacks were also limited and repetitive, leaving me feeling unsatisfied. More varied and wholesome vegan options would be greatly appreciated.

The alcohol selection was good, although some drinks were quite heavy-handed with the alcohol, affecting the taste.

I also found the DJ music and some activities repetitive, particularly for longer stays. More variety in entertainment and activities would help keep things fresh and appealing.

A special thank you to the team for the beautiful birthday card and cake for my daughter's 16th birthday. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made her day extra special.

Overall, I enjoyed my first Club Med experience and found the staff wonderful. With improvements to room servicing, vegan food options, and entertainment variety, I think the experience could be even better.

Best massage i had at Clubmed with Atika. I came with a very bad backache.n headache. She was able to massage the right spots n relief my pain. Even my husband noticed the difference in how I walked after the massage. Thank you Atika!
