Staff are so welcoming, rooms are spacious and cleaned regularly, and food was amazing.
The aadults only Zen pool/ bar was perfect.

Second time with Club Med, first with the venue in Phuket.

Top notch experience all around.

Huge shout out to the Mini Club team. They gave myself and my family so much ease with our little one! Our kid was thoroughly entertained, well-taken care of, and didn’t want to leave! This also gave us adults some time to ourselves, to enjoy the facilities and activities while also watching our kid have so much fun!

Resort is beautiful and well designed, food was excellent.

Definitely looking forward to returning.

I would like to give a huge shout-out and heartfelt thanks to a bunch of amazing staff at the club who truly made my stay extra special!

Firstly, the Mini Club GOs — Gus, Yata, Add, Jojo, Yini and Manow. You guys are amazing! Their energy, passion and incredible attention to detail really show how much they love what they do. It takes someone who genuinely loves their job to create this kind of experience for the kids.

What impressed me most is how they remember every child’s name and address them by name like a friend, making the kids feel comfortable and connected. Even when they are not directly in charge of a particular group, they still know the children by name. I love how they communicate with the kids at their level and make them feel so comfortable around them.

When I first dropped my son off at the Mini Club, I was a little worried about whether he would settle in and feel at ease. Gus would occasionally send me little updates, which really reassured me and I truly appreciated that. Most importantly, my son always came back to me happy, excited and wanting to go back to find Gus. I honestly wonder what magic Gus has! 😂

Secondly, the restaurant team. I unfortunately didn’t get the name of one particular lady (she always wears her hair in a bun), but I really want to recognise her. She remembers her guests, is always smiling, warm and professional — definitely a go-getter!

As I was dining alone while my son was at the Mini Club, I really appreciated how she — and in fact, most of the restaurant staff — would help keep my table while I went to get more food. It may seem like a small gesture, but when you’re dining alone, it makes a big difference.

There was even one day when Sophie and Julia joined me at my table so that I wouldn’t feel lonely. It was a little awkward for me at first, but Sophie was so good at keeping the conversation going that we ended up having a really nice time! 😄 It was such a thoughtful gesture and something I will remember.

Lastly, a special mention to the housekeeping team looking after the restroom next to the main restaurant. They are amazingly good at what they do! The restroom is always spotless and smells so fresh and pleasant, regardless of what time I visit. Honestly, probably the best-maintained restroom in the entire club! 😂

To all these wonderful staff members, thank you for going above and beyond. It’s the people who create the atmosphere and memories, and you have all played a big part in making our stay such a wonderful one. Your warmth, care and genuine effort definitely did not go unnoticed. ❤️

Our overall experience at the club med Phuket was exceptional, the facility is impeccable with room for each age group to find their calm (zen pool) or action (main pool or kids' fun (family oasis pools). the vibe is on the chill side of club med resorts , but when the party takes place (white moon!) they pull out all the stops. a big shout out to Patricio the general manager for yet another amazing experience at club med and the entire team.

We returned to this resort for a second consecutive year because our first stay was so enjoyable. Once again, it did not disappoint.

Having convenient access to Kata Beach is a massive plus—the fine sand and great waves are wonderful, though hopefully local efforts can continue to tackle the microplastics to preserve such a gorgeous spot.

What truly made this trip special for our family, however, was the outstanding hospitality of the staff—especially G.O. Julia, who went above and beyond for our son!
G.O. Julia: Julia’s kindness, warmth, and genuine attentiveness toward our boy made all the difference. She has an amazing energy—particularly during the night party at the main bar. She effortlessly broke the ice, brought our son out of his shell, and had him dancing and laughing along with everyone. Her ability to connect with kids and make them feel included is remarkable, and she made our son's trip! We’d love to see her—or G.O.s just like her—at other Club Med resorts on our future travels!

G.O. Julius: A special mention to Julius as well, who met us at dinner and invited our son to archery the next morning. He spent the entire session personally guiding him with so much patience and ease. He's super cool with kids and a fantastic host.

G.O. Ayoub whom we met during our first trip is already excellent with kids, still has his game on this year.

Thank you all for taking such good care of our boy and giving us memories we'll cherish. We can't wait for return trip number three! And who knows, we might even see these familiar faces at other Club Meds around the world.
