Phuket Thailand

This was our fourth stay at a Club Med resort, but our first time at Club Med Phuket and it truly lived up to the Club Med magic we’ve come to love, even though it’s been owned by the Chinese since 2015.

The resort is beautiful and well-maintained. Our refurbished room was modern, clean, and comfortable - the beds in particular were very comfy, which made resting after a full day of activities so much better. The only slight downside was the room’s location being a bit far from the main area, but that’s a small trade-off.

The food was great as always, with a wide variety of choices to suit every palate. There’s also a full lineup of activities for all ages - you’ll never be bored!

Special shout-outs to a few outstanding G.Os:
• Man, from the Sports team – such amazing energy and commitment! From leading Power Walks (contributing greatly to my 20,000+ steps a day!) to running Aquagym sessions, participating in water sports, and even performing in the evening shows – he was truly everywhere.
• Edmund, the Assistant Restaurant Manager – we first met him at Club Med Cherating, and it was a real pleasure to see him again here. He handled meal arrangements and reservations with such warmth and professionalism.
• Aum, from the Teens Club - both of my kids had a fantastic time with her. They’re already asking me to plan our next trip to Club Med Phuket and are hoping to reconnect with her when we return.

It was really good especially the teens club. Aum was really fun she always played with us and listened to us so that really made my trip really fun. The staff there was also amazing and nice. Activities there were fun and special and overall clubmed is a really good place to visit

The room was very nice, staff was kind and joyful, the shows were very fun and interesting. Food was fresh and delicous. Aum was managing the teens club and she made it very fun. We played games, went to the beach, etc. Overall club med is a great place to visit.

The place is very nice ,very nice environments in the centre of kata beach very kind and helpful stuff ,my daughter loved it here so much especially at the kids /junior club where she was at ,the GO at junior club was AUM my daughter said she was very nice and super fun to hangout with and she made everything fun through out her stay she insist to come back to Clubmed phuket because of her .

Outstanding Service from Aum at Club Med Phuket

My stay at Club Med Phuket was truly unforgettable, and one of the main reasons was the exceptional service from Aum, one of the amazing G.Os (Gentle Organizers) on the team.

From the moment we arrived, Aum greeted us with a warm smile and genuine hospitality. She was always friendly, helpful, and incredibly attentive. Whether it was explaining activities, assisting during meals, or offering help whenever we needed anything, Aum went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcomed and cared for.

What impressed me most was her positive energy and professionalism. Aum made every interaction feel personal and meaningful, and it was clear that she truly loves what she does. Her presence made us feel more like we were visiting a friend than staying at a resort.

Thank you so much, Aum, for making this trip extra special. You are a true gem, and I hope to see you again in the future!
