We have so enjoyed our time in Club Med Les Seychelles and in particular our time spent at The Reef and the Zen pool. It is reassuring to see the pool being so meticulously cleaned every morning by the pool man - who was dedicated and professional - when we arrived there super-early to maximise our quiet time looking at the gorgeous view.

In particular, we also had the absolute pleasure of getting to know the lovely Meaghan who was always busy working super-hard to improve our customer experience - by improving the service and transforming the gardens and attending to the many needs of us GM’s around the pool. It was so lovely to see her conversing seamlessly with all the GM’s in both English and in French. She is such an amazing asset to Club Med and in particular she dealt with one very tricky situation like the complete professional that she is. She was calm and kind, firm but fair and dealt with it beautifully. Such a wonderful person who brings so much extra to everyone’s holidays. She even gave up her own personal supply of nail glue to help my daughter - such personal service needs to be rewarded. Absolutely 5 star service.

Another huge asset to Club Med and The Zen pool is Souleymaine whose dedication and impeccable customer service in supplying endless rounds of water and pool drinks to the GM’s. Not only does he have a brilliant memory for everyone’s drinks but he was so quiet that he never disturbed the “zen” and his service really made everyone feel very special. Larry was also such a happy and speedy asset to the evening “dinner on the beach” service. And to the wonderful ladies of the Reed bar who worked so hard in the heat - some of whom were very pregnant - and who coped so well with the predatory and opportunistic birds which made their jobs even more difficult.

Jonathan and Vinod and the team at the water sports centre were utterly professional and dedicated and brought such fun to everyone’s holidays. Vinod was also a super-friendly GO who was there for water-polo and was great with everyone. Also Fatamatta behind the bar at the water sports bar was phenomenal and very good at her job.

We loved watching the sunset at the water sports bar - Juliano providing amazing DJ sunset vibes. His song mixes and imaginative transitions were probably the best we have ever heard in our travels around the world.

To all the gardeners and landscapers who tireless work made the gardens look amazing - especially impressed with the make-over around the Zen pool and watching them climb the palms to harvest the coconuts.

Thanks to Rochelle and the nurses who saw both me and my daughter at different times for minor issues and dealt with us so well. It is so reassuring to have such great on-site health care when you are so far from home.

And thanks to Britney who took time out of her busy schedule to guide me and sorted out an important room issue. All of the receptionists were brilliant including Nathaniel and Britney and Jules who were assigned to us.

To Matthew and the bar staff in the main bar who kept us supplied with frozen strawberry daiquiri’s and champagne for the evenings. Their service was quick and very professional and always service with a smile. And Sitraka (5*) and Brendan (5*) and the sommelier in the main restaurant who couldn’t do enough for us. Alex, who is new and from Mauritius brought such incredible joy and enthusiasm to his job. He is such a treasure. Also hats off to your amazing photographer who danced amazingly every evening but also kindly helped show the crazy sign dances to some young teens on their first Club Med. It was very sweet and kind of him.

And, the highest of praise goes to the understaffed but hard-working buggy drivers who were incredibly busy at breakfast, lunch, dinner, end -of-show and end-of-day moments and who seamlessly kept us all moving around the island - and they probably get the least amount of thanks!!

And a huge thank you to Yannis for taking time out of his CDV duties and dropping some GM’s - one recovering from a major illness - over to the main reception when the buggies were already busy. It showed us that no matter how important you are, you are not too important to ensure that your GM’s holidays are perfect. What a great CDV you are! And hats off to Nate too for all your sterling support to Yannis.

And thank you to the Seychelles for providing the paradise and the amazing views.

Club Med Seychelles is one of the best holiday destinations I have ever been too. It is such a lovely location to be as it is on its own island so you can have privacy when you want. The atmosphere is so lively but calming at the same time( the best balance), especially as the noise levels aren’t too loudThere are so many activities to do like Beach volleyball, Aquagym and Watersports which are hosted by some incredible people who take their time into making us guests feel welcome and included. My room was so lovely and the cleaners put in such a great effort to make the whole place clean for us all the time. Everyone had service with a smile which was so heartwarming to see. A special mention goes out to Meaghan who was one of the loveliest managers I have ever met. She is so lovely and treated my family and I with utter respect. It makes my heart so happy when I can see that people love their job, especially her, as she is very very good at it also. I am waiting for the moment she becomes the Chef du Village as I will be definitely returning when she is. The actual Chef du Village, Yannis, was so kind and he was such a true and honest man, showing devotion to his job and how hard he works. We cannot leave out my favourite G.O.s and G.E.s. To name a few in no particular order, my favourite GOs were Vinod, Alon, Yoav, Zoe, Jason, but the ones working the hardest the GEs were Matthew, Yozi and by far the best was Sitraka. This holiday was definitely value for money as I could do everything and really feel like I was on holiday and away from everything, but also have fun! I couldn’t recommend this Club Med more than any other summer resort!

An incredible two week trip to Club Med Seychelles! A special thanks has to go to Meaghan for making the zen pool area so incredibly idyllic with great service food and drink as well as a wonderful setting and looking after so especially well.

Also great thanks to Souleymane for keeping so well watered around the pool with a smile and Sitraka for looking after us so well during meal times. And Brendon too!

Tarzan was brilliant dying aquagum and the hikes.

The guest relation team was very friendly and tanks to Britney especially for tending to our every need and request.

The bat team were great and Fatumata, Yozi and Matthew were also keen to serve us attentively.

Also special shout out to Jonathan for persevering and sorto out my technical issues.

Yannis and Nate were also great, always friendly and Juliano was an incredible DJ,

Thank you to all for a magical two weeks.

We had an amazing family vacation at Club Med! Everything was so enjoyable, and the entire staff was professional, friendly, and always happy to help.

Our children had a wonderful time at the Kids Club with the lovely Yoav and Tamar, who made their experience so much fun and memorable.

We also spent most of our time enjoying the beach sports, which offered a great variety of exciting and fun activities. A special thank you to Alon from the beach sports team, who always made sure we had the best experience and enjoyed every single moment.

Thank you to the whole Club Med team for such a fantastic vacation. We can't wait to come back!

Club Med Seychelles is situated within a scenic and picturesque island with beautiful beaches and greenery. Super friendly staff. Shout out to Ossine for his phenomenal circus performances, to Meaghan Wilson for her friendliness and fantastic conversations, to the water sports team, and to the teen club and mini club GO’s who were so kind and fun for my children to spend time with.
