Kiroro Grand Japan

We absolutely LOVED our second Spring Ski Season at Kiroro Grand! We have already booked our third visit in 2027.

The new CDV, Zack, is outstanding! Such a happy, friendly and energising person! The resort continues to have a great vibe under his guidance.
Food and Beverage staff Sam and Perla were outstanding too, just as they were in our first visit last year. We first met Sam at Bintan a few years ago, and Sam every time proves why they are a high-quality, much-loved Club Med employee. The food and beverage range included in the price is very good.

It was so great to catch up with our favourite Ski Team members from last year including Sergei, Ben, and Jamie. They are super-great people and super-high quality ski instructors.

New ski instructors that stood out this year were Marti, William (Dutch), Trixie, and Tang.

Other stand-out staff members were Lou (yoga instructor), Cerys, Luke, Finn, Jay (DJ), Jessie, and Jess.

The skiing Club Meds tend to be more expensive than the beach Club Meds, but we believe the value for money is worth it.

Thank you, Club Med Kiroro Grand! You help us to make unforgettable memories with our two young children.

My family and I had a great experience there. It was a warm atmophere.
The service was very good. They really took care of us with attention.
The rooms were very clean.
My wife and my kids enjoyed the buffet so did i.
Activities were all fun.
All the staff were very welcoming.
My three daughters enjoyed skiing as well.
We will try to come back again for sure.

One of the very best experiences we had at Kiroro grand. We enjoyed a lot. From the place, staff, services, FB quality, room comfort, mini club and all. We enjoyed every day show as well as the fire work. Special thanks to Aon, Ink, Bonus for great assistance. And to many more names unwritten here. U guys rock! Great management and great team!!! We will be back again soon!

We were stayed in club med several times, this visit was fantastic. The F&B manager Sam and Tong did an amazing job, they provided excellent and efficient service for us, they were recognized and big welcome back for our group, so helpful for such a big group like us.
The yoga teacher was amazing too, professional and super friendly.
We definitely come back and booked rooms already, we hope that we can have this kind of service every time when we come back to stay. Thank you so much for your team!

This is where I want to go for skiing next time. This is how I want to ski, dine, be entertained and relax when I go on a ski holiday. I can't wait to try other club meds.
